I took me a few silent minutes yesterday to sit alone in the dark with closed eyes and listen deeply to some good Meat Loaf Lyrics. I took me a few good thoughts and ideas out it and felt really great today. I threw away all my old stuff which reminds me for my past and started over to the future.
